ANOTHER VICTORY FOR WIKKI TOURISTS AS IT’S PRESEASON CAMP CONTINUE IN AZARE.
It was a Three Zero Victory for WIkki Tourists FC against Super Starlet of Azare when one of the scheduled friendly matches was played today at the Azare Township Stadium.
The matches are part of Wikki Tourists preparations for the Coming 2023/24NNL Season.
Abba Musa open scores for WIkki Tourists eight minutes into the game when he nodded the ball from Mamuda’s Corner kick putting the tourists ahead.
Nasiru Jibrin netted the second goal in the 14 minutes after he stylishly dribbled Super Starlet’s defenders and fired a shot that left the Starlet goalkeeper scamping on the ground.
The game Continued with the home team pushing to reduce the tally but to no avail till end of half.
Both sides made changes in the Second half as the Starlet held on to the 2-0 deficit.
Damian Obodoagu broke the Cross line of the home team in the 49minutes and found the back of the net with a superb header courtesy of a free kick by Hassan Musa.
All attempt by the home team to get a consolation goal was checked by the WIkki defence manned by Salisu,Abba,Hassan and Musa ending the game 3-0.
WIkki Tourists will on Marai fc of Jamaare tomorrow 31/10/23 by 4pm at the same Venue.
