WIKKI TOURISTS FC BEAT MISAU UNITED AS FAISAL MUHAMMED SHINES, KEEPING A CLEAN SHEET.
The Wikki Tourists fc Bauchi had a one – nil Superiority over Misau United in a Preseason Friendly encounter that was played at the Misau Township Stadium today.
From the start of hostilities the home team showed resilience and strong fighting spirit that dragged the first fourty five minutes to a barren draw.
On resumption into the Second Stanza, the Technical Crew of Wikki Tourists made some changes and
eight minutes later Mubarak Umar exhibited his experience by dribbling fast Misau United defender and set the ball for Mamuda Aliyu who located the far angle to register the only goal of the game.
Ten minutes later Misau United fought back and earned themselves a spot kick but Faisal Muhammed who was in goal for WIkki Tourists fc saved it for the giant elephant.
Throughout the 90minutes Faisal Muhammed has proven to be a hard nut to crack in the net of the Tourists as his composure and agility earned him accolades from the fans even after the game.
WIkki Tourists fc has since Proceeded to Azare for the 4day Pre Season close camping where other friendly games will also be played and the team is expected back in Bauchi on Tuesday 31/10/2013.
